Indeed Australia is an incredible place to work. Everyone is supportive and wants you to succeed.
I've worked at Indeed for 3 years and they have supported me every step of the way, on top of that I've also made friends for life. As of very recently, they have also offered to pay for my Permanent Residency, which as many will know is a very large sum of money. There is no favouritism at Indeed, they also backdated this new benefit, and any employee who in the past year has got Permanent Residency will have their fees paid off. This has taken a huge amount of stress away from me, and let me carry on with my work and life.
Sales at Indeed is not easy but is sales ever 'easy'. Recently we have undergone a lot of change, new products, new management, and a lot of unhappy employees leaving the business.
Is this a bad thing, in short, no. People do not like change, and will always focus on the path of least resistance. Unhappy, and more often than not the lowest performing sales people leave the business.
The good news is, this opens up opportunities, and invites a whole new positive outlook within the Indeed sales team.

At this moment in time, I can't actually think of many cons.
If you don't want to get out of bed, pick up the phone, and makes sales. Then Indeed really is not for you.
