      Pros

      Great opportunities, small company feel and a passionate workforce. The opportunities include both geographic locations as well as functional (i.e. outside of your primary area of expertise). Financially, a very solid company with broad global markets and a strong presence in both flavors and fragrances.

      Cons

      Could be a 'con' for some - lean workforce, so be prepared to have responsibilities outside of your normal day job! Work/Life balance can be a challenge at times.

      There is always room for your personal development, the culture is great and it is a true global/international work environment. Internal training opportunities are also widely offered to employees, managers and interns. Besides this the business we are operating in is very exciting and delivers solid growth.

      Cons

      If you are not flexible and patient you will have a hard time working here.
