      Pros

      It's a 'small' company working on a global scale. That gives you the benefits of a flexible, agile and truely global work environment without the disadvantages of bureaucracy. IT and other back office/support functions are seen as equal to the other business functions and fully share in the reward schemes. They typically pay above market levels, for management level there is also Incentive plans and stock options.

      Cons

      Nothing you wouldn't see in any other company. Be prepared that your boss may be in the US and your reports may be in China. 9 to 5 mentality does not exist, if that is your thing, look for something local

      Really enjoyed the culture with this organisation.

      Cons

      Office is a little off the grid but if you think on the better side, you get to walk around in the nature.

      Entrepreneurial Environment, Fast Moving Projects, 360 understanding of the fragrance market across different categories, great senior management, great business, great creative centers, great ability to work across regions and dept (high level of collaboration), great leadership examples

      Cons

      not process oriented culture, limited ability to plan ahead, 80% of French Sr Management (perhaps being an intl company it would make sense to have managers representing more regional diversity), could improve its strategic ability to create the vision for the future, marketing could do more? very reactive work...
