      Lower level employees don't get treated the same way as upper level.

      Pros

      The business itself is interesting, many decent hardworking people.

      Cons

      Management is very disconnected from employees. Forget HR...most employees would have to introduce themselves to them. IF there is a bonus, lower level employees do not get to share in it.

      Cons

      If you are a hard worker this is not the place for you - if you want to do as little as possible and have the same opportunities as the hard workers than this is the place for you. I repeat - if you like to work do not come here they will take advantage of you.
