Work life balance is there since the work required is simple

Terrible work culture - lacks professionalism- force to work even when unwell and no support for onboarding or exit. There is a lot of people politics and generally, people who have spent their lifetime in the company tend to exhibit undue power advantage - creating unhealthy work exvironment that reduces the tenor people spend in org. The attrition rate is also very high

Cons

Poor policies of management not to quote names of writers in reports. Completely focused on the top management only. Also terribly paid.
