      Pros

      Very fast growing company with a huge potential. The culture is great with a lot of young people working. Multicultural environment with amazing people makes Huspy a great place to work. Everybody is dedicated and pushes hard towards the same goal: to make the company no 1 in the mortgage business. So far so good!

      Cons

      Rapid growth and constant need to meet the goals requires a lot of dedication and time, which sometimes affects the work/life balance. Startups are not for everyone.

      Pros

      Most of the people i've met are awesome and really friendly.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, to the point that company doesn't respect and value their employees. No leadership, at least on the engineering side. Not a place to enjoy work, rather work and never enjoy. Was not given a work visa while i was at the company " to save costs" and was working nonetheless while constantly asking to proceed with the visa process, visa was given like 3 months later, which is ridiculous. Some of the people have more privilege than the others for some reason. Company not transparent whatsoever. The list could go on and on, all in all i would suggest avoiding this place. High turnover.

      Promising company, amazing people

      Pros

      Everyone wants to make it work. The opportunities are endless. CEO is a go getter, and very close to the team, very open. You can suggest and do different things, there might not be a workflow and you'll have to create it.

      Cons

      If you're not into the startup rhythm, not for you.
