Pros

Truly one of the best places I've ever worked. The development team has some of the nicest people you will find doing great work anywhere.

Cons

Currently there is a lot of restructuring, for the better, ... and change can be hard. But I would take advantage of the great opportunities it may in store.

Exceptional people, the board and leadership have the best intentions when it comes to staff well-being, strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Great benefits.

Cons

No workplace is perfect. Best intentions don’t always teals best results, but the efforts are real, go deep and are sincere.
