Pros

Amazing benefits, decent pay for the sector, great coworkers -- some of the smartest, most dedicated folks I have ever worked with. A relief to work at a globally renowned, well-funded org that is not struggling to stay afloat.

Cons

No org is without its challenges. Like many others, HRW came to reckon with its own internal structures of racism, sexism, etc. in a real way the past couple of years. There is a lot change going on internally, but I believe it will ultimately be for the best, and will make HRW a stronger, more just place to work.
