- great teams - lots of autonomy and little micromanagement - customer satisfaction still more important than process - clear promotion and career path - clear ICP and product to market fit

Cons

- loss of culture - hire and fire policy going extremely strong in the past 14-16 month - product is developing to quickly and seems partly unfinished - customer sentiment is going down - no communication of the stock drop from 800 to 200 which effects moral and overall job security and satisfaction feelings
