Strong remote friendly culture with no mandatory return to office. Flexible work arrangements are genuinely supported. Smart coworkers.

Cons

The company feels meaningfully different from the reputation it has. As it has scaled it has become more corporate in nature. However, the increased corporate structure does not necessarily translate into the stability or predictability that people might expect.
