Pros

You get to work with great engineers

Cons

Company culture eroded a ton since I joined. Management is unable to plan beyond the current quarter. Everything is P0, to the point where P0 has lost its meaning. A ton of pressure to output code, no room to do any planning or research. All the pressure from upper management falls on the ICs.

Pros

Product is great and made a lot of life long friends.

Cons

Sales leadership is only about politics and titles, not about solving true problems, building skills (aside from how to play the game), or caring for customers. I do not feel set up for success for a career outside of HubSpot. I regret getting sucked in to the cult bubble.
