      Great learning opportunity, toxic culture/environment. It's a place to develop skills but not a place to build a career.

      -- fast-paced environment -- decent office location -- lots of skill building opportunities -- cross-departmental training sessions -- clear performance metrics -- defined career path -- peers tend to be pretty friendly -- accessible alumni network

      Cons

      -- short term focus (the 'rocket ship' vision is spoken of but not implemented) -- aggressive growth targets -- rampant micro-managing -- inconsistent quality/quantity of mentoring opportunities -- lack of gender diversity on the management team -- lack of transparency -- it's just a toxic place to be on a daily basis -- no vacation policy leads to employees actually taking no vacation

      Three reasons. 1) The people are super sharp and motivated. 2) The culture is awesome. 3) The vision is compelling and motivating.

      Cons

      The compensation and benefits at HubSpot are good, not great. I'd love to see the pay improve!
