      I’ve just hit my one year anniversary at HubSpot and could not be any more pleased with my experience. It’s a great culture with great people and a very inspiring mission. On top of that I feel like I’ve been given a front row seat to the world of AI transformation and I am incredibly excited about that

      Lots of benefits, decent paid leave, emphasizes work life balance

      Cons

      Going through a transition period, benefits are being removed or adjusted down from what they have been. Emphasis on AI training and using AI in day to day to increase productivity of employees, but there is little training or change management for ICs to be able to incorporate it, while the workload is increasing regardless
