Cons
Hmm, this is a tough one... In my personal experience there aren't really any downsides. It can be hard to meet and mingle with people outside of your department, but I think that's a challenge at any company that has over a few hundred employees. HubSpot still has a bit of a startup vibe in the sense that it's still growing, there's a high energy level, can be really fun, etc., but it's not a startup anymore, so if that's what you're looking for I suggest you go a lot smaller. At the end of the day, there's no other company I'd rather work for. Hands down. Everybody here genuinely cares about our customers, our company, and each other. I feel cheesy saying that, but there you go.
