      Pros

      Fast growing, always improving. Individual autonomy and freedom to develop the best ideas. Recognizes and values smart, GSD people.

      Cons

      Growing and organizational pains, although that's an area of focus. Diversity is pretty weak.

      Pros

      Super sales process. Have processes worked out for most sales and marketing activities. Excellent transparency in terms of performance related growth/promotions/plans. Clear understanding of what you need to do to succeed.

      Pros

      Before coming to HubSpot, I thought that there was no way a company could be this great. But it is. The combination of flexibility, autonomy, awesome coworkers, awesome management, and clearly-defined promotional paths is just the tip of the iceberg. Going deeper, you'll find a stable, people-first culture that makes this whole thing work. Working at HubSpot was the best decision that I ever made.

      Cons

      The pay is a little lower than the industry, but it's worth it when you look at the perks. I'll take slightly lower pay at an awesome company with amazing perks over the reverse any day.
