      Great autonomy, plenty of project opportunities to lift your career experience, incredibly motivated and intelligent co-workers & fun environment!

      Cons

      Not a con - but you definitely have to put in significant time and effort to succeed and get noticed which can sometimes hinder work/life balance

      Intelligent, hardworking coworkers, good management, great perks, and always being challenged to do outstanding work

      Cons

      Can be difficult to disconnect, however time off is encouraged

      Exciting energetic environment, good growth opportunities. Strong company culture code - makes for good blend of people who want to "GSD" get stuff done and in turn get to enjoy numerous perks within the offices, as well as fun company wide and departmental outings.

      Cons

      Lengthy hours at times - but overall worth it.
