      Good product, management is transparent and genuinely open to feedback, and transparent pay across levels with reasonably clear promotion paths.

      Cons

      Capacity is hard to manage to work can be high paced at times. Parental leave policy in Australia not as good as other tech companies.

      - It's a tough time to work in SaaS, and CRM in particular, but we're navigating the turn well - Product continues to innovate - Executive leadership is making tough decisions even when they are unpopular.

      Cons

      - Some concern that we still try to do too much, limiting effectiveness of initiatives - With so much going on in the business, rep mindshare is very limited.
