      Poor Management/Project Execution process... Huge work pressure.... Unacceptable targets

      Pros

      Excellent to learn core technical concepts for starting few years. Decent pay Would get responsibility beyond the curve... Good for oneself in long term career

      Cons

      No process is followed in project completion/execution. High work pressure - to get leverage on quality against unacceptable deadlines. Very frequent releases(sometime once a day) causing burnout to employees. Huge language barrier /mindset problem with HQ members with most of planning/execution dictated by HQ (China). No work-life balance - can easily burnout.

      Pros

      A great culture and place to work in. Seniors are very supportive and are always ready to help you. Most of my knowledge today is because from my seniors. You have the liberty to move around, go outside for break, have coffee whenever you like, have lunch or dinner whenever you feel like..:-)

      Cons

      I have heard people telling that there is a lot of work pressure here and I accept that. But its for your hardwork that you are paid so high.

      Pros

      A lot of opportunities for those who have little experience and are eager to learn, but not many opportunities exist for the experienced staff who are not Chinese as management roles and promotions are almost exclusively reserved for the Chinese staff

      Cons

      As it was mentioned in the pros, the key jobs go to the Chinese staff. The company, despite its international presence remains doggedly Chinese to the core and there are language and cultural barriers for the non-Chinese staff which hinders their career development within the company
