      One of the best companies where to & grow technically

      Pros

      Lot of learnings (for a technically hungry person, this is a wonderful opp) Abundant On-site opp (mostly to China)

      Cons

      Not mature middle managers resulting in people work late & bad reputation In the name of Information Security , lot of rules and constraints are placed on the employees at higher management level, still Chinese have more say in the company No flexible work timings

      1. Best place to learn & grow 2. Best place you will get to know your strengths and weakness 3. Will be challanged every time to get the best in you 4. Tier 1 in compensation 5. Massive growth and down to earth in cost control and keeping the org clean 6. Right vision and right values and character for 21st Century

      1. Not a good place for ones who doesnot believe in creating value and wants a comforable job. 2. Not for people who does belive in the purpose of life by contributing every moment. Self pride of achieving 3. Not a good place for people who are pessimistic, nay sayers have problem in every system, Like to dwell on issues rather than on solving it. 4. Bot for people who needs instructin for eveything and not want to use the basic God given ability "thinking "
