      Will get a good exposure to work, will get many things to learn, will be able to handle pressure in a great extend and will be trained to work 24x7

      Cons

      0% employ satisfaction. Offsite payment is very less, company wont give any extra benefits to employees in terms of Sports, foods or any other facility.

      Pros

      Learnt a whole lot technically, though mostly on my own on the job and research. I was immediately push to the field even when they knew I was still fresh from school, this should be a con but instead turned out positively as I later discovered during my time with Huawei, they were hard baking us; though some of my colleagues Could not cope and had to leave or were released.

      Cons

      Training of staffs was not adequate enough, we were given little resource to achieve great feats
