      1. Not a single job loss happened during covid-19. 2. Work from home policy. 3. Decent compensation. 4. New initiatives and employee friendly policy initiated by HR team. 5. Transportation support to employee during pandemic. 6. New initiatives towards learning and development of employees. 7. Most of the top management people are very down to earth and lead by the most humble CEO. 8. 9. 10. . . . . . and the list goes on.
