      Pros

      Not too much work load. Good learning experience.

      Cons

      Since its site work have to travel a lot. And living at site house becomes a hassle as we can't have proper amenities to have good living. And then there budget restrictions, even for basic things. Compensation for the work is not satisfactory. And no credits for achievement.
