HR and Immigration departments need a lot of improvement. No process followed. No employee engagement, very less interaction. Very slow response time and mediocre performance in resolving any employee issues.

HR is extremely disappointing to say the least. You need a document or copy of your contract? Wait 6 months How many vacation days you have left? Forget about it, they can't even count. Everything is usually great between engineers and their managers, where managers are flexible with their very capable team of engineers, and the engineers are also flexible because they understand the needs of the project... But then comes HR to break a system that works and makes it worst using the law as an excuse to create a hostile work environment putting the engineers against the company.
