Pros

They look friendly - Once a month each division host a free morning tea

Cons

There is a saying "Fish starts to stink from head" - while Hitachi start to stink from Human resource team. 1) there is no maternity leave in place for entire Hitachi Rail Australia 2) Clear instruction from some Hiring Managers NOT to hire females 3) Politics.. Yep you will be involved in a few - there is no winning in this game. 4) People who worked in HR for years change roles and get paid but are not working or benefiting a company. Their primary function is to be there and protect their spot in the chain. 5) People resignation rates are higher than the recruiter is able to fill.

Pros

Easy work load with on site training

Cons

Management does not take no it doesn't work that way as an answer and will force poor hours, equipment, and lax safety on workers
