      Pros

      Hybrid schedule, but seems to be changing. Decent pay but inconsistent, depends too much on whims of management and not performance or capabilities.

      Cons

      Inconsistent management, micromanagement Unprofessional Lack of structure and consistency.

      Stable industry Lots of projects

      Cons

      Management is weak. Internal groups do not collaborate together. HR is extremely weak and not on the employee side. Weak engineering management with no experience in executing large rail projects shows in their decision making. Do not invest in growing and developing talent.
