Pros

Great work life balance due to shift pattern which also gives plenty of time for overtime. Good pay. Decent people and mostly a nice atmosphere.

Cons

Progression can be slow within the company but it does open doors elsewhere. Working nights and shifts can leave you feeling out of balance.
