      Pros

      Overall the company pays a good salary. The job is interesting and some employees have the opportunity to work within global teams. No micro management.

      Cons

      More needs to be done to ensure the company does not get overtaken by the competition. More investment is needed in training employees to ensure competency. Best practice should be perused and maintained.

      Work life balance is quite good even whilst working shifts Salary is not bad but some are better paid than others Nice environment

      Cons

      Not many to be fair. There are some individuals willing to push to get further and sometimes that does not benefit the team
