      Generally a Friendly environment. You can expect a good relation with your colleagues. You can expect help in your time of need.

      Cons

      No attention for code quality. You can't expect to learn much more than putting new patch on top of the existing. Initiative is generally not supported behind the words. No development skills.

      Project is isolated and ignored by corporate London, left to own devices Team members getting away with too much for long period
