      possibility to grow works hours are flexible

      Cons

      don't have sick days don't give you money for course or school to implement yourself benefit is poor don't give you support to work from home during the pandemic ( only laptop and one monitor)

      They more money to non safety critical roles than safety critical. Middle Management and HR are the cons to this company. Bullying culture Long hours. Not much rest
