      fascinating product, some brilliant people There are good career opportunities if you can cope with the chaos and politics

      Cons

      Strange choices of people for significant leadership roles, constant internal organisational change, politics, politics and more politics. Content of the work is great - but the working environment is harmed badly by the chaotic and politically driven management approach.
