      Pros

      Good company to work for in terms of salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of progression with in certain ares. Lack of staff well being awareness - Short staffing is what causes poor employee well being and stress levels to be high.

      Pros

      Work with leading technology. The best Central Office product in the industry

      Cons

      No functional management. I worked directly for a Director who had 40+ direct reports and supported none of them very well. The pay is on the cheap side. Human Resources provides no support for relocated on-site workers. Company only invests in the commercial side, they view their engineers as cannon fodder and have turned what was always a difficult job into a super toxic environment.
