      Pros

      People, Work/Life balance, excellent support. As an early career dev with a hardware background, the wikis are good, if I have questions they get answered and there is room for growth.

      Cons

      The processes can be high intetia (takes a long time to get set up, lots of things to keep track of which can be overwhelming at times.
