Pros
Great Corporate setup, strong training program, supportive staff. High value on integrity which is ingrained in all Hilti employees training from day 1. Hilti corporate takes employee morale very seriously.
Cons
Huge divide between corporate and local. Hilti UAE was two separate entities. Corporate which is made up of strong Hilti beliefs and real mentors; and Hilti local which is the complete opposite, highly aggressive bordering on unprofessional very difficult for vertical movement. Imbalance in salaries among employees in same positions all salaries are 30% lower than industry average in UAE. Very low work life balance
