      Good products, lots of inovatative ideas

      Cons

      Everyone wants to be a manager no matter how bad they there they still get promoted, lacking people management. Repetitive calls where it makes no sense to the point the customer tell you to get lost. Opportunities to progress are given to the europeans rather than homegrown talent. Competition will overtake you soon

      Great Red Shirts. Big breadth of products. Products are good.

      Cons

      Way too many people want to be involved as a manager, the carrot. They have very little people skill training. They pay is very low, the bonus program is based on targets that have very little to do with sales. Managers are incompetent.
