If a customer wants to do business with Hilti they do it the Hilti way or no way. If a Hilti Account Manager wants to stay in job with Hilti the same applies. IT'S THE HILTI WAY OR NO WAY! A very arrogant , aloof company who try and keep up with the growing pace of Account Managers leaving by recruiting anyone and everyone they can find . This has resulted in very unhappy customers not knowing who their Account Manager is and deciding to drop Hilti for the competitor.
