Pros

Beautiful product, rich history, an honor to hold a position within a luxury fashion house with such heritage, opportunities to learn and travel (if your manager likes you)

Cons

Management needs to be reevaluated and trained; you will experience harassment, including manipulation, favoritism, gossip, PTSD from profane language, bullying, and name-calling. Extremely petty, back-stabbing environment, manager would proudly gossip about other managers, and sales team, and clients during meetings. Do not report to HR; the company is private and will force you out or fire you. Not worth it due to low pay compared to other houses like LV, Chanel, and Coach. The discount is terrible, a cheap company considering the product you sell and interact with you can not afford. Bonus is given immediately following an online timed sale full of junk and dead stock.
