Pros
Loved to work with my hands. They allowed me to work without any certifications and start making bags from scratch. Thanks to the fact that a hermes bag is only made by one person, we were able to come to work anytime we wanted during the week to do our work.
Cons
Even if we were able to work on lots of different materials and models, it became too repetitive after a year of doing this job causes a lack of motivation in me for completing my 45 hours of work per week needed.
