-I was able to leave the company.

Cons

-Toxic, hostile, unprofessional work environment. -If you get in the office any time after 9 am, even if it’s 9:01 am, you are written up and reprimanded. -No onboarding and training whatsoever and questions go unanswered. -The lack of communication between team members and inability to get any work accomplished is astounding. -They have zero sense of professionalism.

Company has great Health benefits, the work environment is pretty layback and the employee does not require much selling skill.

Cons

Individual does not have control over what he/she can sell. Every item they try to sell has to run through manager which limits the income they can earn.

Loved working here! Super supportive bosses, great team to be in, CEO was warm, welcoming and supportive. Everyone went out of their way to make you feel at home.. Amazing discounts

Cons

Very low turnover, so not a lot of opportunities for advancement
