Pros

Great financial benefits (if you're great at your job): bonus+sales incentives+base salary. Not to mention the fabulous discounted merchandise we were allowed to purchase at staff sales.

Cons

I would have liked to grow and pursue a career with the company and it was not possible at the time.

Fantastic company values of quality, craftsmanship. Intelligent and dedicated coworkers. Everyone knows they are lucky to work for such a great company. Employee treatment is positive. If you are truly passionate and work hard you will do well.

Cons

A lot of hours, perhaps not as much recognition since many people work very hard. However, if you are interested in the work then it is worth it.
