      Good company with lots of collaboration domestically and internationally Good place to learn in many facets Creativity driven

      Stressed out easily if being unable to cope with different background/culture. Always low in headcount/ Manpower shortage under work loads Too much collaboration /time consuming

      Pros

      For retail it is about as good as it gets. Hours, benefits, etc.. are all top notch. Rich heritage, determined to do things the Hermes way.

      Cons

      Losing the family business feel that was so important at one time. Becoming more typical corporate America. Less emphasis is on the people and more on the money.
