Pros

You get paid, thats about it.

Cons

Literally everything. You all sit in the canteen at the start of the shift for a little 'brief' About 30 names not on the list so they either send them home or spread them about. You aren't on your own designated job, you can get shifted about every hour. 40min Lunch but takes 15mins to get out the warehouse due to everyone getting searched.

Pros

For retail it is about as good as it gets. Hours, benefits, etc.. are all top notch. Rich heritage, determined to do things the Hermes way.

Cons

Losing the family business feel that was so important at one time. Becoming more typical corporate America. Less emphasis is on the people and more on the money.
