      Pros

      Diverse sales staff with regard to age, race, religion. Dynamic sales environment and high quality products that created a high demand huge plus to generating new clients.

      Cons

      Management did not foster upward movement so very little ability to grow into other positions. However this may have changed.

      Loved working here! Super supportive bosses, great team to be in, CEO was warm, welcoming and supportive. Everyone went out of their way to make you feel at home.. Amazing discounts

      Very low turnover, so not a lot of opportunities for advancement
