      Good culture but dont expect organization to give you timely promotions

      Culture is very good, Flexible timing, nice work place etc. Employee care Work life balance is given priority

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are not at market parity. You will always have to fight for promotions, company doesnt work for your career growth
