      Pros

      Henkel is one of the best companies I worked for. As an intern, I was given real repsonsibilities with high stakes. I also had enough latitude to organize my working days the way I liked and could even start at 10am as long as no disruption would come out of that.

      Cons

      I wish the training I had at the begining of my internship was more thorough. Other than that my experience was very enjoyable.

      Members of the Henkel Bay Point, CA team have misused the company’s corporate mailing system for personal gain. This included utilizing an out-of-state Henkel warehouse to facilitate the shipment of illegal items into California. Unaware of the scheme, employees at remote locations were instructed to repackage and relabel these shipments before forwarding them to a warehouse in Bay Point, CA.
