      - Nice culture - Good team/company events - Plenty of work to do - Not a 9-5 mindset

      Cons

      - Be sure what kind of company and product they offer. Its a 'middle-man' print solution they offer. An e-commerce platform. - Other than that, I have no other negative points to provide, just make the communication better. - Some people have a huge ego. - No value for your work and dedication, most of the time.
