Pros

It is a large, international company which has lots of perks such as 8 weeks holiday plus 8 bank holidays. They will help you to get qualified. The staff! The customer service levels at the local branches are high.

Cons

No communication from management, the staff constantly feel that they are under constant presuure to sell to customers that so not want to be sold to. The Salarys are not competitive. The call centres are all in India and you get passed to one peson the the next.

Pros

Great opportunity to control your own income potential. Benefits are excellent from 401k through health and medical. Job does provide a certain degree of self managment and there is generally a fair amount of support provided to ensure proper training.

Cons

Very limited ability to have a good work life balance. Company provided an good amount of time to take off throughout the year but does not really support you taking that time. There is also a disconnect between managment and staff as well as promotions to people that are really undeserving. Communication is horrible from upper managment and there is always a feeling that something is hidden.
