Pros

At HSBC, they value diversity. Employees are treated with respect across the globe. This is a wonderful company to work for.

Cons

Department heads should be more focused on cleaning up their mortgage mess. There are too many unanswered questions. In addition, customers feel frustrated when trying to contact the appropriate department for answers.
