Pros

Agressive pay packages, good health, dental, and 401k/pension. Generous time-off policy.

Cons

Pay for performance culture has created an environment of management that only focuses on making their annual bonus. Limited diversity of thought; management has a tendency to only promote people with similar views and management styles. Lack of risk management.

Pros

People in the ranks are great to work with. International opportunities. Flex-time. Casual Dress. Standard corporate benefits. Remote work support. Tuition Assistance.

Cons

Less than honest senior management. Lack of support for North America. Outsourcing almost everything to India or using H1Bs. Does not value your MBA. Management does not know what is really going on in the departments. Pushes the limit on legal/ethical treatment of customers.
