Pros

The company offers great benefits. The work environment was respectful and nearly as high-strung as I imagine other banks are.

Cons

Upward advancement was quick at first, but many employees seemed to hit a ceiling after a certain number of years.

Pros

You will get a big title easily. If a director title without any direct reports means something to you, the company is the right place for you. However, you will still work as an individual contributor in a small cubical.

Cons

The products/services are targeting low end customers. The company’s strategy is to promote people who have very harsh personality in order to make the business model work. Eventually, the managers are like a collection of high-educated used car dealers.

Pros

Good ambience. Good brand name. on resume.

Cons

Bad culture. People who are incompetent, lack knowledge skills. Out of way pomotions to those who lack to be promoted.Promotions more on "who know who" rather than the work that they are doing. Pathetic AVP's,VP's(SR. Management)
