Accessible senior management, good pay and benefits, global career possibilities, a wide variety of roles to experience, competent colleagues for the most part

Cons

Very bureaucratic - most decisions take a long time to be implemented Performance review process is broken - very difficult to set goals, stick to them and more importantly communicate achievements with management

Cons

Lack of communication from the senior leadership team down the line to local senior managment team. Poor visability of leadership team when visiting sites - not taking time with staff at the coal face and only meeting with the senior management team
